At MonturexStore, we do not offer returns or refunds on wall art, framed posters, or photo prints once an order has been placed.
Any advance or partial payment made during the purchase is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Order cancellations are only accepted before the order has been processed, packed, or assigned a tracking number. Once the order enters the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer a replacement only if:

- You receive the wrong item.
